Mr. Schantz has been practicing as a "Broward County Divorce attorney" in Florida in since 1982.  Mr. Schantz has handled divorces in Broward County, Miami Dade County, Palm Beach County and other counties throughout the State of Florida.  Mr. Schantz has represented hundreds of men and woman going through contested divorces and uncontested divorces. Mr. Schantz is able to provide caring, concerned and experienced advice to his clients for all family law problems.  Mr. Schantz is happy to help any prospective client deal with the issues of divorce, alimony, paternity, domestic violence and child support matters. Mr. Schantz has had over 27 years of trial experience and has the tenacity to pursue all areas necessary to obtain the best results for the clients.  Mr.  Schantz has participated as lead counsel in well over 100 jury trials.

Mr. Schantz graduated Nova University School for the Study of Law in 1982.  Mr. Schantz previously taught as an adjunct professor at Broward Community College training paralegals since 1998.

Mrs. Schantz has been practicing law since 1982 and practices as a "Broward County divorce lawyer" for men and woman who reside in the State of Florida.  Mrs. Schantz has handled  hundreds of emotional divorce and child support cases in Broward County and throughout the State of Florida.  Mrs. Schantz deals with many complex divorce, custody, alimony, paternity and child support issues on a daily basis.  Personal attention is given to every client who is going through the emotionally trying experience of a divorce or "child custody" timesharing dispute matter. Ms. Schantz believes that all family law matters are important and gives personal attention and care to every client.  Ms. Schantz will explore all options available to the client and will actively pursue the best

Mrs. Schantz has been a professor at Broward Community College training paralegals in family law for the last eleven years.  Mrs. Schantz graduated the University of Miami School of Law in 1982.  

Mr. & Mrs. Schantz are married and have four children, one beautiful grandchild, and two wonderful golden retrievers.
